In 2006, when there was no specialized facility for foreign patients, we opened Wooridul International Patient Center (WIPC) for international patients who came to Wooridul Spine Hospital for advanced medical technology including minimally invasive spine surgery. We have provided professional interpretation and coordination services in English, Japanese, Russian, Arabic and French.
Wooridul International Patient Center has supported patients and their families to focus on treatment and return to their daily life as soon as possible after treatment.

We know that seeking medical care away from home can be a challenging time for patients and their families. Our role is to coordinate and guide you through every aspect of your patient journey. You will be introduced to your dedicated patient coordinator, who will remain the single point of contact throughout your trip. We can help facilitate the following services.

Individual coordination services

Wooridul International Patient Center provides communication services for patients before their visit and even after treatment, and helps with Visa, airport pick-up, accommodation reservations, etc. Please contact your coordinator directly to get more information you need.

Reservation and scheduling services

Wooridul International Patient Center is open Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm, and provides medical appointments and examination reservation services. If you want to book an appointment or discuss with us, please contact your coordinator through call or email. The appointment will be made without long waiting time.

Language assistance and escort service

Interpretation services are provided to reduce the language barrier during medical services. If you would like to receive professionally trained medical interpreter services and escort services, please contact the coordinator in advance.
